Payment & Shipping
Shipping is via DHL. As soon as the package has been handed over to the transport service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number. You can use this to check the status of the shipment on the DHL shipment tracking portal.
SHIPPING TIME
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and prepared for shipment no later than the following working day. You will receive an email when your goods leave our warehouse (including tracking number). The postage usually takes three to four working days if the delivery address is in Germany. Three to seven working days for addresses outside of Germany, whereby we depend on the transport service provider from the time the shipment is handed over.
